BOOK BANK NOTICE SECOND TERM

BOOK BANK NOTICE

(FOR BCOM, BA, BBI, BMS, & BSC(IT))

Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format, on or before 17^th December 2018 (before 1 p.m.).

 

Last date to apply for Book Bank is 17^th December 2018 (before 1 p.m.)

 

Forms for Book Bank Scheme are available in the Library from 30^th November 2018 onwards. Last date for collection of form from the Library is 15^th December 2018, between 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 

1.    One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)

2.    Zerox copy of Latest mark sheet

3.    Income – certificates of parents

4.    Zerox copy of admission fees receipt

Students belonging to reserved category can apply for BC Book Bank. Along with above mentioned documents, they have to submit Xerox copy of their caste certificate.  

 

First list of beneficiary students will be displayed on

20^th December 2018.
