I.                   LIBRARY CARDS COLLECTION NOTICE

FY students are required to collect their library cards from the library between 10 am to 1 pm. Following is the Classwise schedule –

Following is the schedule of Library Orientation for First Year Students –

III. BOOK BANK NOTICE

(FOR FY - BCOM, BA, BBI, BMS, BSC(IT) & BAF) (FOR SEMESTER I)

Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format. Following is the classwise schedule of collection of Book bank forms from the library –

Ø  Students can collect book bank forms after orientation.

LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION OF BOOK BANK FORM IS 14TH AUGUST 2024

 

 

Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 

1.     One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)

2.     Zerox copy of H.S.C. mark sheet

3.     Income – certificates of parents

4.     Zerox copy of admission fees receipt

5.     Caste Certificate if applicable (Students belonging to SC, ST, NT, DT category can apply for Book Bank scheme – funded by University of Mumbai. 

First list of beneficiary students and Schedule of Collection of Books will be displayed on the College / Library Notice board on 17^th August 2023.

BOOK BANK NOTICE

(FOR SY / TY - BCOM, BA, BBI, BMS, BSC(IT) & BAF)

(FOR SEMESTER III/V)

 

Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format, on or before 27^th June 2024.

 

Students will get books of FIRST TERM. Students have to collect Book Bank forms from the library between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

 

Forms for Book Bank Schemes will be available in the Library from 14^th June 2024 onwards. Last date for collection of form from the Library is 26^th June 2024. Students have to submit book bank forms in the library.

 

Last date to apply for Book Bank is 27^th June 2024

 

Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 

1.     One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)

2.     Zerox copy of Latest mark sheet

3.     Income – certificates of parents

4.     Zerox copy of admission fees receipt

 

Students belonging to SC, ST, NT, DT category can apply for Book Bank scheme – funded by University of Mumbai.

BOOK BANK NOTICE FOR TYBBI/BAF/BSCIT/BMS

Students of TY classes of self – finance section who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format. They can collect Book Bank Forms from the library on any working day between 10 am to 1 pm from 4th January 2024 till 18th January 2024. 
Students can submit filled book bank forms in the library from 8th January till 19th January 2023.
 Last date for collection of Book bank form from the Library: 18th January 2024. 
 Last date for submission of Book bank form in the Library: 19th January 2024. 
Before collecting Book bank form from the library, students are required to return Book bank books / Library books of previous semester borrowed by them. 
Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach:  
1. One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)
2. Income – certificate of parent
Students belonging to SC, ST, NT, DT category can apply for Book Bank scheme – funded by University of Mumbai. For that they have to submit zerox copy of caste certificate.

BOOK BANK NOTICE (FOR FYBA/BCOM/BBI/BMS/BSCIT/BAF, SYBA/BCOM/BBI/BMS/ BSCIT/BAF, TYBA/BCOM – SEMESTER II, IV, VI)

Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format. They can collect and submit Book Bank Forms in the library on any working days between 10 am to 1 pm from 2^nd December 2023 onwards. Students will get books of SECOND TERM. Last date for collection of form from the Library is 12^th December 2023. Last date for submission of form in the Library is 13^th December 2023. 

Before collecting Book bank form from the library, students are required to return Book bank books / Library books of previous semester borrowed by them. 

Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 1.     One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form) 2.     Income – certificate of parent. 

Students belonging to SC, ST, NT, DT category can apply for Book Bank scheme – funded by University of Mumbai. For that they have to submit zerox copy of caste certificate along with Book Bank form. 

Book Bank form collection dates : 2nd December 2023 to 12th December  2023 (Timing 10 am to 1 pm). Book Bank form submission dates : 2nd December 2023 to 13th December  2023 (Timing 10 am to 1 pm). First list of Beneficiary students will be displayed on the College / Library Notice board on 16th December 2023.

They have to collect Book Bank forms from the library between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Last date for collection of form from the Library is 6th November 2023. Last date to apply for Book Bank is 7th November  2023.

Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 

1.     One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)

2.     Zerox copy of Latest mark sheet

3.     Zerox copy of admission fee receipt

First list of beneficiary students will be displayed on the College / Library Notice board on 9th November 2023 and

Book bank books will be distributed on 10th and 11th November 2023.
