Book Bank Notice for First year students

Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format, on or before 17th July 2013 (before 12 noon) in the Library.
 Last date to apply is 17th July 2013 (before 12 noon).
 Forms are available in the Degree College office from 4th July 2013. Last date for collection of form from the office is 16th July 2013, between 10 am to 12 noon (except Saturday).
 Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach:
One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)
Zerox copy of Latest marksheet
Income – certificates of parents
Zerox copy of admission fees receipt.
Students belonging to reserved category can apply for BC Book Bank. Along with above mentioned documents, they have to submit Xerox copy of their caste certificate.
First list of beneficiary students will be displayed on 20th July 2013
 Those whose name will appear in the list have to collect their Book Bank Books from Library as per following schedule.
