Book Bank Notice for the Secons Term 2014-2015

BOOK BANK NOTICE

(FOR FY / SY BCOM, BA, BBI, BMS, & BSC(IT))

Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format, on or before 17^th Nov.  2014 (before 12 noon).

 

Last date to apply for Book Bank  is 17^th Nov.  2014 (before 12 noon).

 

Forms are available in the Degree College office from 7^th Nov. 2014. Last date for collection of form from the office is 14^th Nov. 2014, between 10 a.m. to 12 noon (except Saturday).

 

Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 

1.                          One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)

2.                          Zerox copy of Latest marksheet

3.                          Parent Income – certificate

4.                          Zerox copy of admission fee receipt.

Students belonging to reserved category can apply for BC Book Bank. Along with above mentioned documents, they have to submit Xerox copy of their caste certificate.  

First list of beneficiary students will be displayed on 19^th Nov. 2014
