Book Bank Notice 2015-2016 First Term

BOOK BANK NOTICE

(FOR SY / TY BCOM, BA, BBI, BMS, & BSC(IT))

Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format, on or before 24^th June 2015 (before 12 noon).

Last date to apply for Book Bank  is 24^th  June 2015 (before 12 noon).

Forms are available in the Degree College office from 10^th June 2015. Last date for collection of form from the office is 22^nd June 2015, between 10 a.m. to 12 noon (except Saturday).Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 

1.                    One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)

2.                    Zerox copy of Latest marksheet

3.                    Income – certificates of parents

4.                    Zerox copy of admission fees receipt.

Students belonging to reserved category can apply for BC Book Bank. Along with above mentioned documents, they have to submit Xerox copy of their caste certificate.  First list of beneficiary students will be displayed on 27^th June 2015.
