Book Bank Notice for First Year Students 2016-2017 First Term

BOOK BANK NOTICE

(FOR FY  BCOM, BA, BBI, BMS, & BSC(IT))

Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format, on or before 16^th August 2016 (before 1 p.m.).

 Last date to apply for Book Bank is 16^th August 2016 (before 12 noon)

Forms are available in the Library from 3^rd August 2016. Last date for collection of form from the Library is 13^th August 2016, between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 

1.     One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)

2.     Zerox copy of Latest mark sheet

3.     Income – certificates of parents

4.     Zerox copy of admission fees receipt

Students belonging to reserved category can apply for BC Book Bank. Along with above mentioned documents, they have to submit Xerox copy of their caste certificate.  

First list of beneficiary students will be displayed on
