BOOK BANK NOTICE (FOR FYBA/BCOM/BBI/BMS/BSCIT/BAF, SYBA/BCOM/BBI/BMS/ BSCIT/BAF, TYBA/BCOM – SEMESTER II, IV, VI)

Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format. They can collect and submit Book Bank Forms in the library on any working days between 10 am to 1 pm from 2nd December 2023 onwardsStudents will get books of SECOND TERM. Last date for collection of form from the Library is 12th December 2023. Last date for submission of form in the Library is 13th December 2023. 

Before collecting Book bank form from the library, students are required to return Book bank books / Library books of previous semester borrowed by them. 

Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 1.     One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form) 2.     Income – certificate of parent. 

Students belonging to SC, ST, NT, DT category can apply for Book Bank scheme – funded by University of Mumbai. For that they have to submit zerox copy of caste certificate along with Book Bank form. 

Book Bank form collection dates : 2nd December 2023 to 12th December  2023 (Timing 10 am to 1 pm). Book Bank form submission dates : 2nd December 2023 to 13th December  2023 (Timing 10 am to 1 pm). First list of Beneficiary students will be displayed on the College / Library Notice board on 16th December 2023.
