FY NOTICE

I. LIBRARY CARDS COLLECTION NOTICE

FY students are required to collect their library cards from the library between 10 am to 1 pm. Following is the Classwise schedule –

II. LIBRARY ORIENTATION NOTICE

Following is the schedule of Library Orientation for First Year Students –

All the students of First year classes are required to attend the same as per schedule. Attendance is compulsory.

III. BOOK BANK NOTICE

(FOR FY - BCOM, BA, BBI, BMS, BSC(IT) & BAF) (FOR SEMESTER I)

Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format. Following is the classwise schedule of collection of Book bank forms from the library –

Ø Students can collect book bank forms after orientation.

Ø Students will get books of FIRST TERM.

Ø Students can submit book bank forms in the library from 7^th August 2024 onwards between 10 am to 1 pm.

LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION OF BOOK BANK FORM IS 14^TH AUGUST 2024

Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach:

1. One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)

2. Zerox copy of H.S.C. mark sheet

3. Income – certificates of parents

4. Zerox copy of admission fees receipt

5. Caste Certificate if applicable (Students belonging to SC, ST, NT, DT category can apply for Book Bank scheme – funded by University of Mumbai.

First list of beneficiary students and Schedule of Collection of Books will be displayed on the College / Library Notice board on 17^th August 2023.
