LIBRARY NOTICE FOR FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

Students should note that -

1.Degree College Library is shifted to Room no. 410 fourth floor on account of renovation work in the library. Timings of the Library   - 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

2. Students are going to get two Library cards. One Library card is for borrowing textbooks from the library.  Textbooks can be borrowed for Seven days.  Books should be returned on or before due date or students can reissue that book if it is not in demand. If the book is not returned on time then the Fine of Rs.1/- per day will be charged for One week and after that Rs.2/- per day.

3. The other Library card (R) is for borrowing Magazines or Non academic/ fiction books from the library. Magazines or Reference books can be borrowed for seven days. 

4.  Students are required to note that they have to use the same library cards for three years of their study. They have to deposit their library cards with the library before leaving the institute. After admission every year they have to renew their Library cards from the Library. At the time of Cancellation of admission or failure in the examination they have to deposit their cards with the library.

5.  Students are required to note that they have to collect their library cards as per following schedule between 10 am to 1 pm.

6.    Students of FY classes can borrow and return books from the Library on all working days from 29^th July 2015 onwards. Timings for Issue - return of Books -- 10.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.
