Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format, on or before 19th June 2017 (before 12 noon).Last date to apply for Book Bank is 19th June 2017 (before 12 noon).Forms are available in the Library from 6th June 2017. Last date for collection of form from the Library is 17th June 2017, between 10 a.m. to 12 noon.Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 1. One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)
2. Zerox copy of Latest mark sheet
3. Income – certificates of parents
4. Zerox copy of admission fees receipt.Students belonging to reserved category can apply for BC Book Bank. Along with above mentioned documents, they have to submit Xerox copy of their caste certificate. First list of beneficiary students will be displayed on 22nd June 2017.
