NOTICE FOR FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

LIBRARY NOTICE

1.   The library cards will be distributed in their respective Classroom as per following schedule :

CLASS	DAYS FOR DISTRIBUTING LIBRARY CARDS
FYBCOM	12th August 2017
FYBA	11th August 2017
FYBBI	10th August 2017
FYBMS	9th August 2017
FYBSC(IT)	8th August 2017

 2.   Students of FY classes can borrow and return books from the Library on all working days from 18^th August 2017 onwards.Timings for Issue - return of Books -- 10.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

3. Those who won’t be able to collect their library cards on the prescribed days can collect it from the library on 14^th August 2017 and 16^th August 2017.

Following is the schedule of Library Orientation for First Year  Students -

All the students of First year classes are required to attend the same as per schedule.

BOOK BANK NOTICE

(FOR FY  BCOM, BA, BBI, BMS, & BSC(IT))
Students who wish to avail the facility of Book - Bank scheme are required to apply in the prescribed format, on or before 8^th August 2017 (before 1 p.m.).

 Last date to apply for Book Bank is 8^th August 2017 (before 1 p.m.)

Forms are available in the Library from 21^st July 2017. Last date for collection of form from the Library is 7^th August 2017, between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Along with the Book Bank form following documents are required to attach: 

1.     One Stamp – size photograph (to be pasted on the form)

2.     Zerox copy of Latest mark sheet

3.     Income – certificates of parents

4.     Zerox copy of admission fees receipt

 Students belonging to reserved category can apply for BC Book Bank. Along with above mentioned documents, they have to submit Xerox copy of their caste certificate.   

First list of beneficiary students will be displayed on 12^th August 2017.
